TRACHTENBERG STUDENT-FACULTY RETREAT
Please join your fellow students at our annual retreat on September 17 and 18 at the Prince William Forest Park, only about 45 minutes outside DC. We will spend the day participating in outdoor activities to improve leadership, communication and your ability to hula-hoop. We’ll throw in some good food, good fun and some good ole campfire time.
Who? All Trachtenberg Students and Faculty
When? Saturday, September 17 at 1:00 p.m. until Sunday, September 18 at 12:00 p.m.
Where? Prince William Forest Park, Triangle, Virginia
Packing List
| 1. Sleeping bag or sheets and a pillow
2. Flashlight 3. Bug spray 4. Sunscreen 5. Sneakers |
6. Warmer clothes for the evening
7. Rain gear 8. Board games/sports items for “Free Time” 9. Water Bottle 10. Other miscellaneous things that will get you through a day and night in the wilderness (i.e. shower shoes, a towel, music etc.)

Game Plan
We’re going to keep the activities a semi-surprise, but we’ll be outside for the bulk of the afternoon. Here’s a general outline so you know what to expect.

1:00-2:00 – Check-in / Lunch 2:00 – Outside Fun 5:30 – Free Time 7:00 p.m. – Dinner 7:30 p.m. – Inside Fun 8:30 – Bonfire

10:00 – Breakfast 10:30 – Cabin cleaning and departure

How Do I Sign Up?
Cost: $30 members/ $40 Non-Members
Accommodations: Each cabin sleeps 10 people each and there are showers on site!
Lunch, dinner and breakfast are included!
